We are SIMUL LIBERTATE, a civil association whose name in Latin translates as “together to freedom”. It was symbolically chosen by us as token of respect for the language of scholars. Among other things, freedom means liberty achieved through education. It promotes the education of those not provided with equal opportunities at the start or have been robbed of them.
SIMUL LIBERTATE is dedicated to supporting socially disadvantaged children, children raised in orphanages, talented children but also for adults and war refugees financially while they are studying languages. Children from Slovakia studying foreign languages and war refugees studying Slovak are eligible for funding.
.
Our efforts seek to assure those we support that they will have improved access to economic, cultural and social capital for significantly improving the quality of both their professional and personal lives, enabling them to overcome social inequalities.
In three basic ways:
They are compassionate, responsible individuals and legal entities that do not desire to see talented people fail to reach their potential simply because either their own families cannot adequately provide them with an education or they have fallen victim to military conflicts and were forced to start their lives over again somewhere else.

“In my life I’ve encountered so many human stories, some sad, but also inspiring stories of people who have overcome tremendous odds. Sometimes it can take very little to turn a sad story into a happy one. All we have to do is lift our heads and look around carefully and we are sure to see someone who needs our help. The SIMUL LIBERTATE civic association has set itself exactly this task, of seeking out and helping those who, through no fault of their own, need a helping hand to make the most of their lives.
I wholeheartedly wish them every success in their endeavours”.
